Corporate Advisory - Associate / Senior Associate
Our Sydney Corporate Advisory team are on the lookout for an Associate or Senior Associate (4-7 years’ PQE) to work alongside Grant Koch.

The Role
Our Sydney Corporate Advisory team is growing, and we are now on the lookout for another Associate or Senior Associate (ideally between 4-7 years’ PQE) to work alongside leading Partner, Grant Koch. You will work on high-profile deals, providing advice to domestic and international clients predominantly in connection with M&A and private equity transactions.
You’ll play a key role in end-to-end deal execution, from structuring and negotiation to completion and post-deal integration. The work is fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, and commercially strategic, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to deepen their expertise in private equity.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have between 4-7 years’ experience in a reputable corporate transactional practice, be driven and have a desire to be part of a market leading private equity team. We are seeking an individual who is keen to learn and build their career, working for high quality domestic and international clients on market leading transactions.
The role will provide the successful candidate with exceptional experience and training, not just in technical legal matters but also in client relations, whilst being part of a fun and dynamic team in one of the fastest growing law firms in the country. The successful candidate will be personable with good client skills, have a strong background in corporate transactional work, mergers and acquisitions, ideally with experience in complex equity arrangements. The candidate should demonstrate excellent legal expertise and a client-focused approach.
