About The Opportunity

Programmed Electrical Technologies has a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Project Coordinator to kick start a career in Electrical Projects by joining our operations based in Brisbane.

As a Graduate with Programmed you will apply your skillset to our broader team and be integral in supporting our growing projects portfolio.

You will get exposure across several of our diverse contracts and be provided with a wellrounded experience these contracts may include Office Fitouts Base Building refurbishments and Designing Maintenance Programs for Electrical systems.

You will meet with our senior leaders which will maximise your personal and professional development and be provided with countless opportunities to grow and develop longterm careers within our business. You will engage with our operations teams through structured rotations across our contracts. Youll also be provided with core leadership development training workshops tailored to you delivered by our learning and development team. On top of that you will be given opportunities to network and have onetoone mentoring.

About you

Experience in a services or infrastructure maintenance environment is beneficial however not essential. To be successful in this role you will have a cando attitude a strong appetite to learn and genuine desire to pursue a career in facility management or an essential services industry. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following :

Degree level qualification in Electrical Engineering or expected to graduate

Commitment to building a longterm career

Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills

Motivation to succeed and a willingness to learn

Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written

Effective time management & organisational skills

Advanced Microsoft office suite

Strong focus on safety in the workplace

Electrical project / design experience

Understanding of relevant Queensland Electrical Standards.AS3000

Blue beam experience preferred but not essential

Understanding of CAD functions
