An Employment Consultants Day involves :

• Creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
• Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills abilities and secure employment
• Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients employers and stakeholders
• Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment through training and other support services
• Creating tailoring and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey and into sustainable employment
• Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers registered training organisations and community organisations
