English Teacher (Years 7-12)

St Francis Catholic College, Edmondson Park is located near the junction of the M5 and M7 motorways. It is a rapidly growing K-12 school with a student population exceeding 1500 students in 2025. The college is one school, not a traditional primary school and high school coexisting on the same site.  As such, the College is organised into Junior Years Learning (K-4), Middle Years Learning (5-8), and Senior Years Learning (9-12).  St Francis was founded in 2017 and offers new, state-of-the-art learning & specialist KLA facilities.

A permanent full time position commencing 25 February 2026 (or by negotiation). The successful applicant will be required to teach English up to Stage 6 with possible scope for a (ML 1pt) Assistant Leader of English position.

The role of the Classroom Teacher exists to support growth in faith and improvement in learning for students to reach their full potential.

• Use a range of assessment strategies and analyze data to inform student learning.
• Demonstrate commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents / carers, and the wider school community.

This role is classified as child-related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.
