About The Role

Join our Dungog Norco AgriSolutions Retail Store as a Store Person / Merchandise Sales (Rural Products). This full‑time permanent position is ideal for an enthusiastic, organised, self‑starter who enjoys a dynamic, community‑focused environment.

Your Day‑to‑Day Activities

  • Receive, unload and secure deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and controlled warehouse environment in compliance with WHS standards.
  • Provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients, building business partnerships through technical advice.
  • Proactively source new customers to achieve branch KPI’s and sales targets.
  • Manage inventory : ordering, receipting, stocktaking and dispatch.
  • Process sales and generate quotes.
  • Operate forklift and deliver to customers.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self‑motivated and has great customer service and sales experience. You should be able to meet deadlines while balancing a range of tasks and have a keen interest in an agricultural environment.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong customer service and sales experience.
  • Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry.
  • Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy is an advantage.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, POS and administration skills.
  • Physically fit to perform manual handling.
  • Strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
  • Driver’s licence essential.
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
