In This Role, You Will

• Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence (e.g. showering, toileting, continence support).
• Support safe manual handling and mobility using hoists and other aids.
• Follow individual care plans to meet health needs such as epilepsy or wound care.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes in line with mealtime management plans.
• Enable customers to participate in everyday activities— from household tasks to social and community outings.
