You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday : BSC : 7am-9amASC : 2.45pm-6pmTotal hours : 26.25The Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership?As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on children, parents, and the team.Involved : Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.Innovation : Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on children's preferences.Genuine : Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.Fun : Play and have FUN with primary school-aged childrenRemarkable : Support ensuring your program complies with industry regulations.The Successful CandidatePrevious experience in Before and After School Care or education is preferred but not essential — training can be provided!Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is still a big kid at heart!Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!Relevant Diploma qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
