About The Role

We're seeking a proactive and hands-onGrid Youth Hub Officerto support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Grid Youth Hub.

You will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for young people, coordinating programs, managing bookings, maintaining equipment, and supporting partner initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure facilities and equipment are safe, clean, and operational.

Support youth programs, events, and community initiatives.

Coordinate room bookings, including set up and pack-down.

Provide high-quality customer service to young people, community members, and partners.

Maintain accurate administrative records, including attendance, bookings, and incident reports.

Build and maintain positive relationships with young people, volunteers, and stakeholders.

About You

Highly organised, community-focused, and hands-on.

Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Confident working with young people from diverse backgrounds.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Committed to maintaining safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces.
