About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic team of five. Reporting to the General Manager of Financial Performance & Commercial, your main responsibility will be to communicate the financial performance of the Procurement and Coffee business unit. You will provide insights into current business performance and assist in delivering the financial plan for the business unit. Additionally, you'll collaborate across various business units within the company, applying and honing your financial modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate performance reports, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly board reports and evaluate performance drivers.
  • Analyse and offer insights into monthly results, collaborating closely with Executives to achieve the business unit’s objectives.
  • Partner with various business units on initiatives and business proposals, including financial modeling to assess returns.
  • Support the analysis of key business reviews focusing on Cost of Goods Sold and Network compliance, offering ad-hoc analysis on procurement initiatives.
  • Contribute to monthly Board reporting, including KPIs.
  • Assist business units in creating monthly forecasts, identifying key performance drivers, and guiding actions to meet business goals.
  • Foster strong relationships across the company.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • CA / CPA qualified (or working towards).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to distill complex information into simple, actionable insights for a broad audience.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for meeting firm deadlines.
