About The Role

We are currently searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis at our superb venue Breakers Country Club in Wamberal, NSW. As a Chef, your role will consist of preparing and cooking a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences.

Key Duties

• Manage efficient and high quality food preparation
• Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
• Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
• Monitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotations
• Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality

About You

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

• Previous experience working in a high paced Kitchen
• Hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Hold a Food Handling Certificate
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, night, weekends and public holidays
