This people-first operation emphasises clinical excellence, staff growth, and person-centred care in clients' homes. Are you a natural leader who balances compassion with clinical authority, steady in high-pressure situations, quick to decide during emergencies, and gifted at developing staff. Do you love independent decision-making in varied home care environments, combining technical expertise with genuine connection. The exciting opportunity

- Drive governance, quality improvement, risk mitigation, and staff education—perfect for community-experienced RNs seeking management oversight.
- Liaise with clients/families, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to optimise outcomes and independence.
- Support business growth with CQI, competency assessments, and policy implementation in a franchise model focused on innovation.
- Travel to client homes required; balance office oversight with field leadership for real impact.

- Collaborative culture valuing compassion, excellence, and lifelong learning, office-based with field visits.
- Meaningful role enhancing client independence via nurse-led planning, 24/7 support availability.
- Tools like smart tech, company vehicle, and ongoing training for complex care (catheters, diabetes, palliative).
About you

- Excellent comms, mentoring, problem-solving; understands RN/EN/PCA roles and multidisciplinary dynamics.
