We’re seeking an exceptional Marketing & Communications Manager who will play a key role in shaping how Saardé connects, communicates, and grows.
Reporting to the Co‑Founders (Creative Director & CCO), the Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for translating Saardé’s creative direction into consistent, community‑driven marketing that builds awareness, engagement, and sales — both online and in‑store. This role balances creativity and commercial strategy, ensuring every campaign, collaboration, and event expresses Saardé’s brand ethos while achieving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring seasonal stories to life through integrated campaigns across social, email, PR, and events.
- Lead the marketing calendar, aligning with creative, retail, and e‑commerce teams.
- Write and edit content that captures Saardé’s tone, warmth, and aesthetic.
Social & Community
Nurture and grow our community across Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging channels.Collaborate with our Content Creator to produce beautiful, engaging storytelling.Manage tone, engagement, and digital advertising performance.Email & CRM
Plan and write Klaviyo campaigns and automations that feel personal and purposeful.Use data and testing to continually refine storytelling and results.Partnerships
Build and manage creative collaborations that reflect Saardé’s values and design sensibility.Oversee gifting, co‑branded activations, and media partnerships.Events & Activations
Concept and deliver in‑store experiences, launches, and events that deepen connection.Manage logistics and promotion; ensure every detail reflects Saardé’s world.Analytics & Reporting
Track performance across all channels, sharing insights and recommendations monthly.Skills and Experience
3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, interiors, or design sectors.Strong project management and event coordination skills.Proven experience in community marketing, partnerships, and campaign management.Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.Strong creative judgement with a passion for visual storytelling and brand culture.Proficiency in tools such as Meta Suite, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Shopify.A balance of creative intuition and commercial acumen.Senior Level
