Billing Manager

Working with a Health organisation in the Southeast we are looking for a Billing Manager to lead the billing team. This role would suit someone coming out of Public Health and who has MSB billing and interpretation experience. This role is hands on, while leading and mentoring a small team. Good stakeholder management skills as well as leadership skills are imperative to be successful in this role.

The role :

• Leading a small team of Billing Officers to ensure accurate and timely collection of all accounts
• Maximising revenue opportunities and development of process and policies, identifying areas for improvement across the billing cycle
• Ensure all activity complies with relevant legislation
• Administration of the billing system and reporting of results
• Oversee month end duties and completion of revenue journals
