About The Role

Do you enjoy working outdoors in the community, in a role that supports your health and wellbeing? We are looking for people to join our team as Meter Readers in the Perth metro area to walk an allocated neighbourhood taking and recording utility meter readings. No experience is required. Immediate start available. We will teach you everything you need to know.

In addition to the stated hourly rate you can potentially earn in excess of $200 per week in bonuses based on attendance.

What You Need

Current valid drivers licenceReliable motor vehicle and mobile phoneReady to learn and able to work on your ownAble to undertake plenty of walking, bending and squattingAble to work in most weather conditionsAble to work Mon-Fri - 5 days, 5 days per week, 30-38 hours per weekFlexible and comfortable with daily travel of up to, or more than 45 minutes each wayPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail is required

Key Responsibilities

Accurately read allocated meter routes in a timely, efficient and safe mannerUphold the Service Stream safety standards and publicly represent Service Stream and our clients in a professional mannerUnderstand and ensure targets are metAbility to work independently but also work with other members of the teamRegularly communicate with office support teamUpload / download route information to / from hand-held device
