Experience & Competencies :

Minimum of 5 years of verifiable executive or senior leadership experience

within a People and Culture (HR) or Organizational Development domain.

Demonstrated capability to autonomously manage scale and direct P&C

functions on an international basis.

The high-level strategic insight to formulate and maintain the long-term value

of organizational culture and talent acquisition pipelines.

Exceptional skills in communication and senior-level stakeholder

collaboration.

A Growth Mindset characterized by an innate drive to acquire knowledge

adapt quickly and pioneer new methods in a rapidly evolving global economy.

Key Responsibilities (Your Self-Directed Mandate) :

Independently conceive and execute the overarching People and Culture

strategy and planning ensuring it fully supports global business objectives.

Supervise and direct all essential HR operations including talent acquisition

protocols new hire integration professional development performance

lifecycle management and policy execution.

Collaborate with executive leaders to implement performance and

engagement initiatives that are both impactful and financially sound.

Spearhead critical high-value programs in talent management organizational

restructuring and change management with a foundational focus on

employee well-being.

Establish coach and develop a high-performing collaborative People &

Culture support team.
