Proven experience as a senior HR Advisor or P&C Business PartnerStrong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholdersExcellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skillsExperience in fast-paced, complex environments (defence or similar ideal)Sound knowledge of employment law and industrial relationsAbility to balance strategy with day-to-day deliveryFamiliarity with HRIS systems such as Workday (desirable)You’ll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field or demonstrated experience in a similar roleAustralian citizenshipResilience, professionalism and a proactive mindsetA passion for culture, people development and business impactPeople & Culture Business Partner
