    Our client is looking for a Maintenance Officer who can perform regular task and manage maintenance repairs efficiently. We are seeking someone who can perform routine inspection and as well perform other activities as a preventive measurement.

  • About the Role
  • Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
  • Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance assessments of company appliances
  • Attend to members of staff promptly when called upon
  • Be knowledgeable of safety Hazards
  • Requirement
  • Clear Police Check
  • Medical Clearance needed
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster
  • About You
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or other systems
  • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
  • Well organized and apt in problem-solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication ability
  • Effective time management
  • Responsible with strong technical and practical skill
