Job descriptionCreate and validate clinical radiology-based questions with structured reasoning Evaluate AI-generated radiology reports for diagnostic accuracy and clinical logic Provide detailed feedback to enhance AI model performance and reliability Review and interpret diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound) cases for AI training Radiology experience and clinical experience Current practising radiologists, fellows, or recent residents welcome Strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and written English proficiency Fully remote with flexible scheduling (5-40 hrs / week) High hourly compensation with weekly international payments Exposure to cutting-edge AI medical imaging development No clinical liability, patient interaction, or emergency coverage required

We are looking for a Medical Research Associate with clinical imaging experience to contribute to advanced AI model training by creating diagnostic questions, reviewing AI outputs, and providing structured feedback.
