Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet targets and deadlines
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
• Monitor daily production output, quality standards, and KPIs
• Implement and maintain production procedures and quality standards
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards
• Control production costs and support cost-optimization initiatives
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production teams and supervisors
• Resolve production challenges, delays, and operational bottlenecks
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and productivity initiatives
• Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support new product introductions, trials, and process improvements
