Brand Manager — FMCG (Household / Eco Products)
We are proud to be exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing FMCG business in the household products category. Their range spans eco‑conscious cleaning and lifestyle essentials, sold nationally through major retailers and a strong e‑commerce channel.
The brand is gaining serious momentum — new product launches, new retailer wins, and a clear focus on sustainability and better‑for‑you living. As the business expands, the marketing team is looking for a hands‑on Brand Manager to take ownership of a key product portfolio.
The Role
- Campaign planning and execution across retail, digital, OOH, social, and PR.
- Shopper & retail activation — launching new ranges, POS, trade marketing, and category storytelling.
- Content development — working with creative partners on digital assets, packaging and product storytelling.
- Product and packaging projects — supporting new variants, seasonal product drops, improvements and relaunches.
- Data and insights — monitoring performance by SKU, retailer, and campaign effectiveness.
- Supplier and agency management (creative, digital, POS / print).
This is a role where ideas move quickly. It is concept to shelf, not stuck in layers of approvals.
About You
FMCG marketing experience in brand, product marketing or category, ideally within household, lifestyle, home care or consumer goods.Confident managing retail activation and bringing campaigns to life in national retailers.Able to balance creative thinking with commercial decision‑making.Thrives in an environment where you can take initiative, test, learn, and scale.Perfect for an experienced Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up, or a Brand Manager wanting more ownership and visibility.
