Corporate Concierge

An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Concierge to join our team in West End Brisbane. At Ventia we refer to this role as a Workplace Experience Coordinator (facilities / office superstar) to support our highly collaborative and dynamic teams working from our Ventia offices and depots.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be hands on with day-to-day operation of our West End office as well as provide support to other office and depot locations. We encourage Receptionists, Duty Managers, Front Desk Representatives and Customer Service Representatives to apply.

The role focusses on user workplace experience :

  • Ensuring guest arrival experience is positive
  • Assisting with meeting room set-up and pack down
  • Assisting with mail and parcel deliveries
  • Ensuring facilities are tidy and supplies stocked for end users
  • Supervising trade works as required
  • Coordinating catering and local events
  • Required Skills and Experience

    Ideally, you have previous experience in hospitality or front-line property / facilities role where customer service is paramount. Highly committed to delivering service excellence, you enjoy working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Your communication skills, as well as your initiative to go beyond the call of your duty are second to none. You are on an ongoing quest for continuous improvement and take pride surpassing customer expectation! Your attention to detail followed by your ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this high touch role.
