Enrolled Nurse – Rehab Ward | St Stephens Hospital

Location : St Stephens Hospital, Hervey Bay

We offer a comprehensive range of inpatient medical, surgical and rehabilitation services including Cardiac and Cancer Care, Urology, Bariatric, Gynaecology, Respiratory, Haematology, Orthopaedics, Cardiovascular, Endoscopy and Vascular and general surgery. An integral part of our team, as an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about. As part of our Rehab Ward, you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skillsMinimum of 12 months’ experience in an acute care / hospital setting Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
