Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the stores effectivity in the absence of the Store Manager To be flexible to work a rotating roster predominately morning shifts, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
