About the role

Retail Team Leader’s demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

Other expectations include

• Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
• Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
• Multitasking & prioritisation skills
• Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
• Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
