Overview

SUMMARY : Responsible for preparation and service for all Espresso Bar food and beverage menu items. Responsible for the daily set-up and break down of this work area; maintaining it in a neat and sanitary condition. Maintains the highest standards of menu item preparation following standard recipes to assure consistency of all beverages served.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Responsibilities and Duties : (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

• Prepares and serves all food and beverages in the Espresso Bar.
• Follows approved recipes for the preparation of beverages to assure consistency while maintaining portion control and quality standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area and equipment.
• Performs routine equipment cleaning and standard daily cleaning / maintenance as needed to keep the equipment in good working order.
• Prepares requisitions for supplies as needed to keep the station properly stocked and ready for business.
• Enter orders in the point of sale system, handles cash and completes transactions.
• Provides courteous Guest Service and adheres to Guest Service Standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
