Bathurst Regional Council has an exciting opportunity to join their HR team in a local government organisation that is connected to its local community offering secure employment and a great work / life balance.
The Human Resources Administration Officer provides support to the Manager Human Resources and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). This position supports the HR team in critical people processes and in providing excellence in customer service as the central point of contact for all HR enquiries both internal and external. This role also provides high level administrative support to the Manager Human Resources & HR team.
To be successful in this role you will be a team player with a cando attitude with sound judgement be well organised and have the ability to work in a fastpaced process driven diverse environment.

This position requires a pre employment health assessment which includes a functional audio and drug & alcohol screen.
Salary : $1155.40 to $1213.83 per week super
Position Status : Permanent full time
Hours of work : 35 hours per week with an RDO every third week
