About the Role
The Service Advisor is the primary contact between the company and customers for service and repairs of vehicles, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and prompt attention to customer needs. The role requires a customer-oriented approach, great communication and team work, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
