Your Role

Your Role : Casual Community Support Worker

Looking for flexible work that actually feels good? As a casual support worker, you’ll help turn everyday moments into something special. Whether it’s joining in on fun day programs or heading out into the community, you’ll be part of a team that lifts others up—and has a great time doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Get Out & About : Support clients in social activities and community adventures
• Teach & Encourage : Help build life skills with patience and positivity
• Lend a Hand : Assist with personal care when needed—kindness is key
• Support with Care : Follow behaviour plans and help clients thrive
• Stay Connected : Keep families in the loop with updates and wins
• Drive the Fun : Transport clients safely in our Sunnyfield van
• Keep It Tidy : Handle basic admin and notes like a pro

Who You Are

A natural people person with a big heart

Experience in disability support is great—but not essential

Studying Community Services? Even better!

Comfortable with personal care and confident in new situations

Creative, resilient, and a total team player

Must have a current Australian driver’s license and your own vehicle
