Our professional & friendly food & beverage team, welcome guests with a smile and play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences. From recommending dishes to delivering impeccable service, you'll be part of a dynamic team that takes pride in showcasing great service and contemporary Japanese flavours with a twist. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• From greeting to farewell, provide attentive service, interact and obtain feedback with guests

• Presenting menu, providing detailed menu knowledge, explanation & taking orders

• Food & beverage table service, set up & clearing of tables

• Reconciliation the check/bill, POS & EFTPOS

• Communicating clearly with the kitchen, bar & wider team

What you’ll need to be successful

• Availability & flexibility to work in multi-outlets on a 7 day rotating roster between 3.30pm-11pm, including evenings, weekends & public holidays (shift times are 3.30-9.30pm & 5-11pm)
• Food & Beverage a la carte restaurant experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel environment

• Current QLD RSA Certificate

• Experience working in a fast pace team environment, carrying 3 plates of food and a tray of drinks for table service

• Beverage menu knowledge of wine varieties, beer, spirits & cocktails

• POS & EFTPOS experience

• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills & the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner with a desire to deliver a polished & high standard of service

• Excellent personal presentation
