Occupational Therapist – Flexible Community Role

Location : Ballina / Byron / Mullumbimby / Lismore Regions

Work Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Sector : NDIS / Community Health

Your Role will include

As an OT in our team, you’ll make a meaningful difference through :

• Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
• Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
• Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
• Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
• Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
• Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
• Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
