Position Description

The Product Developer / Buyer will join a dynamic and collaborative team that places high emphasis on core values and culture.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Drive the financial performance of product categories across apparel, footwear and accessories
• Develop and design products, with the ability to build ranges
• Partner with the Production team to manage all phases of the product lifecycle
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers by fostering win‑win outcomes
• Build knowledge of the target customer and apply this to product, ranging and trading decisions
• Alongside the Marketing team, continue to evolve the brand both online and in campaigns

Skills, Experience and Key Competencies

• 5+ years of experience within apparel, ideally menswear
• A proven track record of commercial success, having worked for a major national or international fashion retailer
• Collaborative team player with the ability to provide motivation to the broader team
• Strong creative eye with a passion for product and expert knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends
• Comprehensive knowledge of garment manufacturing and a proven track record of sourcing from China
• Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable but not essential
