About the role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Pre‑Site Team Leader to play a pivotal role in optimising customer service and operational efficiency within the Coral Homes specialised division, focused on Knock Down Rebuilds (KDRB), Acreage, and other complex residential projects. You will receive ongoing guidance and support from a highly experienced Operations Manager, and have the opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor a team of Pre‑Site Coordinators.
• Run weekly workflow meetings and ensure accurate customer communication and records.
• Drive service and process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Manage escalated customer cases and ensure high‑quality communication and documentation.
• Recruit, train and develop team members while maintaining high performance standards.
• Stay informed of relevant council, certifier and regulatory requirements.
