At Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD), we are committed to shaping thriving learning communities through excellence, innovation, and faith. We are seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our system-wide risk management framework.

This senior leadership role plays a critical part in embedding proactive risk management across 80 schools and our office support teams, ensuring risk is effectively integrated into CSPD’s strategy, decision‑making, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and embed CSPD’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the organisation.
• Manage, mitigate, and report high‑level strategic risks to the Executive Team and the Board.
• Collaborate with Directorates to evaluate risks and opportunities, translating analysis into effective business strategy.
• Create and deploy a risk management system enabling schools and support teams to continuously self‑identify and manage local operational risks.
• Integrate risk processes seamlessly with internal audit, governance, and compliance functions.
• Leverage data and analytics to develop predictive risk models, indicators, and robust control mechanisms.
