Do you have experience in designing, developing and implementing education and training programs?Do you have a demonstrated understanding of the role of the judiciary as an arm of government as well as an understanding of adult learning principles?Are you looking for a full time role and based in Canberra?If you answered yes to these questions, this just might be the role for you!DutiesWith direction from the CEO, project manage new and existing judicial education and training programsWork with program planning committees to determine program plans, locations, timing and budgetsPerform the role of secretary for program committees : prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the committee chair, prepare minutes and manage correspondenceSupport the planning committee in identifying,engaging and evaluating presentersFacilitate development of session objectives for presenters and programsFacilitate development of content and presentation material by presenters (Power Points, rolling fact scenarios, papers for publication)Prepare program outline, session plans and participant materialPrepare and manage program budgets and report on judicial learning outcomesPrepare program reports for the Programs Advisory CommitteeAttend programs and manage on-site delivery, supporting presenters and attendeesDo You Have?Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.Professional approach in dealing with a broad range of stakeholdersYou will have excellent time management and attention to detail skills.Essential QualificationsUniversity degree in a relevant field such as LLBMinimum of 5 years of experience in program managementMinimum of 2 years of experience in financial management;Proficient computer skills including Salesforce (or equivalent database skills), accounting software (such as Xero), WordPress, Canva and Office 365; andWilling and able to travel nationally for work.If you are interested in the role, please submit via the link.
