Role Overview
The Dayforce Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of HR technology initiatives across the People Technology portfolio.
This role partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned to business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‐to‐end delivery of Dayforce projects, including planning, execution, and deployment
- Coordinate cross‐functional stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, Security, and external vendors
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
- Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go‐live readiness
- Ensure alignment to HR processes, compliance requirements, and employee experience goals
- Facilitate governance, decision‐making, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
Experience & Qualifications
5 years of experience managing Dayforce technology projects, preferably in HR or Payroll domainsFamiliarity with Dayforce systems such as HCM, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, or Talent platformsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholdersProven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences#J-18808-Ljbffr
