What the Role Entails

As the Head Chef, you will lead the culinary experience across our restaurant, café and bar, ensuring every meal reflects exceptional quality, creativity and care. This role blends hands-on cooking with strategic oversight to shape menus, elevate dining standards and create memorable experiences for residents and guests. You will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including budgeting, ordering, stock control, food safety compliance and staff leadership. Working closely with front- and back-of-house teams, you will foster a collaborative, efficient and positive environment where great food and great service go hand in hand. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will introduce fresh ideas such as special events, themed dining experiences and seasonal offerings that enhance community life and set our hospitality apart.
