About the role

Join us for this rare opportunity to provide timely, accurate and meaningful information, through reporting and metrics. We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, People Culture and Talent, who can proactively look for opportunities to provide accurate insights into both qualitative and quantitative data to inform and contribute to improved organisational outcomes.

You. Our ideal candidate

  • You’re a trusted specialist . You utilise your data analytics experience to deliver reports and metrics that identify trends and emerging issues.
  • You have analytical insight . You leverage your advanced skills and knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Open Office Cal, R / Python, SQL and VB, VB Script, Power BI and Tableau to interpret, translate and present data to influence decision makers.
  • You’re a proactive problem solver . You’re always looking for opportunities to improve organisation outcomes, using SAP and Spinifex to build purposeful and tailored reporting solutions.
  • You have tertiary qualifications in statistics, business or computer science or equivalent professional experience and training in data analysis.
  • You’re a natural collaborator . You exercise your great interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders to readily build trust and credibility, and develop productive relationships.

  • Salary : Clerk Grade 9 / 10. Package includes base salary ($120,859 - $133,183) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
