We are looking for a motivated, high-performing New Car Sales Consultant to join our multi award winning Subaru dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career with the advantage of working with a premium brand producing world-class cars.

Requirements, skill sets and expertise including the following :

  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the purchasing and ownership experiences for our customers
  • Attention to detail & accuracy following process with reporting requirements
  • Strong business acumen with proven history of achieving results
  • Strong sense of professional integrity
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, meeting targets and deadlines
  • Strong desire for self-improvement and career advancement

Must haves :

  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing the challenge!
