The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a 3-month temporary basis, with the potential to extend. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions. Key responsibilities include :
- Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes
- Processing and allocating payments
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Managing debtor accounts and following up outstanding payments
- Reconciling accounts and generating reports
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers regarding account queries
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have :
Previous experience in Accounts ReceivableStrong reconciliation and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersExperience using ERP systemsThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamThe Benefits
