About our Home:

Situated on the out skirts of Goulburn, our home has 160 Beds over a single level site, featuring all the amenities coupled with a country lifestyle. A modern spin on the Goulburn heritage rich feel.

The role:

As a Care Worker, you will provide individualised support to our customers living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
• Ensuring their happiness by supporting their emotional wellbeing

To be successful you will need:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar)
• An empathy and commitment to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
• 12months+ experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
• Night shift availability & weekday availability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Onboarding:

If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care.
