Selection Criteria :

1.    Commitment to Catholic Ethos : Ability to support and embody the Catholic ethos in all duties.

2.    Understanding of the Science of Reading / Learning and relevant teaching experience.

3.    Student Relationships : Ability to develop positive and trusting relationships with students, supporting their engagement, wellbeing, and regulation.

4.    Team Collaboration : Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team with other staff members.

5.    Interpersonal and Organisational Skills : Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

6.    Community Building : Enthusiasm for building community within a Catholic school, in collaboration with staff, parents, and students.

Qualifications Required :

1.    Relevant teaching qualification.

2.    Formaly training in the Science of Reading / Learning (desirable)
