We are committed to creating a positive, engaging environment for our workforce, and we're looking for an experienced Events Manager to plan and execute a variety of events that bring our people together.

• A Snapshot of What You'll Do
• Plan and Execute Events
• Organize and manage a diverse range of events, including social gatherings, team-building activities, cultural celebrations, and wellness programs for the minesite and village residents & visitors.
• Budget Management
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality experiences.
• Coordinate Logistics
• Handle all logistics, from venue selection and setup to catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
• Engage the Client
• Work closely with employees, contractors, and village residents to understand their needs and interests, ensuring events are relevant and well-received.
• Promote Events
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote events, including creating promotional materials, managing RSVPs, and maintaining event schedules.
• Vendor Management
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring all services meet quality standards.
• Post-Event Evaluation
• Gather feedback and conduct evaluations after each event to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

• Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
• Creativity
• A creative thinker with the ability to design engaging and innovative events that cater to a diverse audience.
