Job OverviewResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies.Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.Administer employee benefits programs, including leave policies etc.Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files and employee dataImplement and manage HRIS systemsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and implement appropriate changes as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.Proven experience as an HR Manager in the civil construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction-specific HR challenges.Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.If you are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for the construction industry and are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company, we encourage you to apply.
