If you are an experienced compliance professional that has worked across the cryptocurrency space and are excited by the prospect of joining a fast growing entity and helping them across their compliance journey then this is an opportunity that you will need to consider.

In this role you will be involved in :

Designing, developing and maintaining a robust compliance framework ensuring that the entity meets and exceeds applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Managing and developing a team of compliance professionals across a foreign jurisdiction and leading a positive compliance and risk culture across the business.

Spearheading global compliance matters, providing expert advice, guidance, approaches, and strategic direction to support the growth of the company based on the entities strategic roadmap - guiding their teams to achieve success across their regulated space.

Improving and enhancing the compliance framework, including policies, procedures, processes, systems, training and reporting.

Chairing the Compliance Committee and a key contact for external

stakeholders including regulators and law enforcement.

To be considered for this role you will have extensive compliance and leadership experience across the crypto space. You will have at least 3-4 years of staff management experience. Management of remote staff will be well regarded. You will be well versed working within a fast paced and demanding environment. You must have strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and internal control practices.

Mature interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work

directly with members of the executive team and provide advice to the

board of directors. You will also be prepared to take calls and conduct meetings outside of business hours.
