Role Overview
Performance Manager to join our team full-time in Sydney. You are commercially astute, able to identify new opportunities to grow our partner list, and experienced in managing client relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to support Finder’s growth. You will lead and own the Insurance verticals on Finder, including revenue, partnerships, and all client services aspects. You will manage team members toward high-performance outcomes and report to the Group Performance Manager to direct outcomes and spot commercial opportunities.
You will need a wide range of skills in implementation, daily tracking & pacing, reporting, analytics, internet marketing, monetisation, merchandising, account management, and sales support.
