Barista / Cafe All Rounder

We are looking for some amazing people to join the Cafe Vie family with very flexible days / hours to fit anyone.

We are seeking outgoing and highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills and a true passion for coffee and quality food who have the drive to help us take Cafe Vie Buderim to the next level! These positions are well suit to school-leavers.

To qualify for this role, this is what we need from you :

• Ridiculously good customer service - ability to always speak with a smile
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to think fast, and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced and high-performing environment
• Must show initiative and be able to work and learn multiple positions around the Cafe
• Be well-presented and communicate professionally to customers and other team members
• Barista Experience & qualification with 1+ yr experience (preferred)
• RSA Essential (If you do not have one, we will pay for this for you!)
• Food Handling Certificate preferred but not essential
