About the Role
As Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight to a team of passionate hand therapists and support staff. This is a dynamic role combining clinical work with operational and strategic input to ensure our services continue to meet the highest standards of care and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
- Oversee clinical governance, service quality, and best-practice standards
- Oversee clinical operations to streamline and optimise daily operations, enhancing efficiency, productivity and a high level of patient care.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the business
- Manage performance reviews, training, and professional development
- Collaborate with referral partners and represent the clinic in the community
- Maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected with client care
