Our clients, who have a commanding presence and dominate the Northern Suburbs to the Sunshine Coast market in commercial real estate, are looking for a talented Commercial Property Manager . Join their expanding team and oversee their diverse industrial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Liaise with owners / tenants, handle inquiries, and manage compliance and maintenance requests
- Provide admin and accounts support for portfolio management
- Assist with outgoing budgets, operating costs, and EOFY reconciliations
- Conduct lease renewals, option renewals, assignments, and rent reviews
- Schedule and conduct property inspections
- Manage rental and outgoings arrears effectively
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections and coordinate contractor access on site
