St Vincent's Care Services Bronte is a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Things that work for us : Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential* Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility preferred (Minimum 2years experience essential).* Flexibility and availability to work multiple shifts. Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by example* High level of customer service skills* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills* Ability to follow directives as per care plan* Excellent record keeping skills with experience using Autumn Care (or similar) desirable* Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History (valid within 6 months)* NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
