You’ll be joining a large, supportive team of 19, including 8 passionate Occupational Therapists as well as talented Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Positive Behaviour Support practitioners.

Joining our Stones Corner team, you’ll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan, supporting NDIS participants in the community.

Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants’ homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you’re dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you’ll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You

We’re after Occupational Therapists who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren’t afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

The ones who have the courage to challenge ideas (yes, even ours) when participant’s interests are at stake.

You will also hold:

• Full AHPRAregistration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Open to Occupational Therapists of all experience
